Dipayan Sengupta, the founder of Homecarte Designs, is an experienced entrepreneur with over seven years of expertise in the real estate sector. His background in property development, construction, and client relations has provided him with a unique understanding of both the creative and practical elements of design. Before founding Homecarte Designs in March 2025, Dipayan worked with leading names in the industry, including DTC Group, The Jain Group, Somani Realtors Pvt Ltd, and Pioneer Property Management Ltd where he honed his skills in real estate development and project management. His approach to interior design is deeply influenced by his real estate experience, focusing on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the unique needs of each client.
